Abstract

|
The advantage of G-banding technique used by trypsin treatment and Wright´s stain has been known to improve the quality of staining and destaing of the banding of chromosomes. By using this technique characterisic abnormalities of chromosome in seven cases of malignant hematological disorders are described.
